Happy 8th Birthday!!!!!!

To our sweet second son, what a blessing you are to us! You came as a great big huge surprise (literally! You weighed 10# 8oz at birth!) but oh what a happy surprise you were! From the beginning you were a very happy baby, and you made going from 2 to 3 a piece of cake! I have always loved your great sense of humor, your enthusiasm, and your zest for life. You make our lives so much fun. You have challenged us to see life from a different perspective, and that has been good for us. What would we ever do without you?

During this past year we have delighted to see the ways in which you have grown and matured. We pray that you will always love Jesus with all your heart, and grow to deeply love His word. I love you as far as the universe. And I will always love you, no matter what.
