- I am a happy wife and mother of 4 young adults and one teen in heaven. We homeschooled all of our children all the way through, which gave us 20 years of homeschool experiences and memories to look back on with gratitude. As I learn to live with grief at the loss of our youngest son, I am striving to continue to "journey with joy."

i appreciate your appreciation. most people try and figure out ways to "dodge the bullet".
it typically comes at an inconvenient time, but i always try to remember to thankful for our democratic system.
Well, the defendant took a plea at the last minute and there was no trial. I was kindof bummed! :-( BUT, I did get a leisurely guided tour by the judge himself, and that was really interesting.
i may be going to detroit for jury duty on monday...
