LOL! That's been heard at our house before about lots of things. They can have all the fruit and veggies they want, but what gets eaten is the expensive stuff.
I do not obey God in order to earn His favor, my love for God compels me to obey Him.
Considering Homeschooling? Wondering where to begin?
Click here to read a series of articles on our homeschool journey, from how we got started, to what we do with our preschoolers while schooling older ones, to finding the homeschool style that fit our family, to sample daily schedules. To read what homeschooling has been like for our family week by week throughout the year, click on the "our week in review" label further down in this side bar.
I am a happy wife and christian homeschooling mother of 5 children, ages 15, 13, 12, 10, and 8. We are in our 12th year of homeschooling. We are currently rejoicing in a new job for my husband after a long journey of unemployment and short term jobs! When I am not taking care of my family or teaching my children you can find me reading, gardening, baking, or watching movies with my husband. Jesus Christ is the love of my life and my chief aim is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever!
