Little Man, as I was getting ready to pray with him before nap time this afternoon, and we were talking about how he really needed to sleep and not just "rest":
"Well my brain just keeps thinking and I don't know how to make it stop!"

That looks delicious! You must laugh all day with the things your kiddos say. They are so funny!
I'm so glad that you enjoyed these. My friend who created the recipe is coming to dinner this evening (a vegan feast), and I plan to share with her that another homeschooling family is enjoying her food.
She is eating vegetarian meals 5 days a week (a family of 5, with one on the way) because of health and cost issues. She makes a lb of meat last 3 meals.
