Today I am really thankful for JOY. In Bible this morning we were writing out some definitions and we wrote out this one for "joy":
A delight that comes not from our circumstances, but from living in fellowship with God as His child.
And "fellowship" was defined as: Enjoying a relationship of harmony with God and others.
Don't those two definitions go together perfectly? If we experience a right relationship with God (fellowship), we have delight regardless of our circumstances (joy). God's design is so perfect.
Thank you, God, for joy.
